Supply of Liquor to Minors:
It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18.
It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is
illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.
By submitting an order for wine via this site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over.

Terms And Conditions:
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this site. By using this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must stop using this site.

Far North Wine Centre may amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating them on this site. All amendments will be effective immediately upon an update being made. By continuing to use this site following such an update, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions. References on this site to "FNWC", "Far North Wine Centre", “farnorthwinecentre.co.nz’ "we" or "us" represent Far North Wine Centre.

Privacy Policy:
Please note that FNWC collects and retains information regarding visitors to the site and products purchased for the following purposes:

1. Advising members of new offers
2. To statistically analyse site usage and products purchased
3. To improve content and product offering on the site
4. To improve customer ease and satisfaction.

We reserve the right to decline to add you to our database at any time, to remove your details from our database at any time and/or to block you from accessing the site at any time at our sole discretion.

Other than as set out in these terms your information will not be made available to any other organisation.

Prices:
All prices displayed on this site include GST.
Case prices are for a whole case of the same product.
The number of units in a case is written in brackets next to the case buy price for each displayed product. Mixed cases do not attract case prices regardless of the size of the overall order.

Freight:
Expected delivery times are 3-5 working days. Delivery times may however be extended during busy seasonal periods due to heavier demand. Delivery times may also be delayed due to public holidays and over the Christmas/New Year period.

Delivery to rural addresses or specified Saturday delivery will incur an added charge.

Product Guarantees:
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive corked or faulty wine we will replace it for you. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or simply find the wine is not to your taste, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product corresponding to the same cost plus shipping and handling.

Insurance:
We insure our products up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.
