Millars Vineyard Viognier 2008

A long hot summer produced fruit with rich, ripe full flavours. To optimise the fruit's potential we hand picked and then gently whole bunch pressed the grapes. The wine has been cool fermented in stainless steel and has been lees stirred for four months to give it complexity and a rich texture. Floral and citrus aromas are enhanced by layers of pink stone fruit and honey.
